This is an outdoor class!
Wear a mask, bring your supplies and a lunch! Following the CDC and Museum guidelines, this class will be held outdoors, safely-distanced and sheltered from the sun and weather on the lovely loggia of the GWV Smith Art Museum. We’ll have a variety of materials including stone, glass, and ceramic tiles to create both grouted and ungrouted mosaics. Explore the use of basic tools, composition, and color, incorporating your own designs with mosaics techniques. All materials are provided, but you’re welcome to bring any tiles or mosaic materials that you wish to use. Bring a lunch, or order lunch from the Blake Cafe. Returning students welcome!
