Please purchase your tickets ahead of your visit!
Thank you for choosing to visit the Springfield Museums! As we work together to stem the spread of COVID-19, the Museums are using a reduced number of timed tickets to help ensure our visitors are able to have a wonderful visit without concern about overcrowding. Please see our Health and Safety Page for more information about additional new protocols.
**PLEASE NOTE: The Museums request that all visitors heed Gov. Baker’s Travel Order and ask all travelers from restricted states to adhere to a 14-day quarantine before visiting the Museums. Visitors may produce a negative COVID-19 test result that has been administered up to 72-hours prior to their arrival in Massachusetts. Thank you for helping to keep us all safe.
When you arrive, please proceed to the Welcome Center to check in at the admissions desk; a guard will welcome you outside the door and help you with your entry to the building. Please note that tickets are nonrefundable, but exchanges for another date may be issued under certain conditions. You may enter the Museums and the Amazing World of Dr. Seuss Museum anytime within the hour designated on your ticket. Once inside, stay as long as you like!
Applying Gift Certificates, Admission Discounts & Non-Profit Passes
If you would like to purchase a ticket using a gift certificate, coupon, discount offer, or non-profit/library pass, you will need to do this transaction in person on the day of your visit at the Welcome Center. Reservations/advance tickets are available at full-price only.
Timed Entry Procedure
We are using reduced numbers and timed-entry tickets to provide plenty of room for guests to enjoy all of our museums and our most popular Amazing World of Dr. Seuss Museum.
All tickets include general timed entry to the art, history, and science museums, as well as a separate timed entry to the Dr. Seuss Museum. All timed-entry tickets are available on a first-come, first-served basis until we reach capacity. All visitors must check in at the Welcome Center, even if they have a ticket purchased online.
We ask that you stay in your vehicle or outside on the Quadrangle until the time your reservation begins. Guests will not be permitted entry prior to their reserved timed slots.
Thank you for choosing to visit the Springfield Museums! We look forward to your visit!
