Stars Over Springfield is back as a virtual event in 2021! This month Museum volunteer Marleen Colon Velazquez will join us to talk about the Arecibo Radio Telescope that recently collapsed. The telescope is located in Puerto Rico, and Marleen, who grew up there, will give us a unique perspective on this important scientific instrument. We will also have an overview of the night sky for the coming month as well as some photographs of recent observations.
