Go beyond the basics to consider composition in depth as well as specialized topics such as close-up photography, HDR, and focus-stacking. We’ll look at the why as well as the how and move away from taking a picture towards making a photograph. This will include discussions of the instructor’s examples, as well as any photos that participants would like to bring for review. Time permitting, we will spend some time in the Museum using your new-found skills. This class is intended for people who have some familiarity with aperture, shutter speed, and ISO. A camera with aperture priority, exposure compensation, histogram display, and adjustable ISO is recommended to get the most out of the class. Please bring a brown bag lunch or snack
