SOLD OUT!
Tour the newly renovated Frick mansion, the former residence of industrialist Henry Clay Frick (1849–1919), who bequeathed both his Gilded Age home and extraordinary art collection for public enjoyment. Open to visitors since 1935, the Frick Collection offers a uniquely intimate experience with one of the world’s most distinguished assemblages of European fine and decorative arts, featuring masterworks from the Renaissance through the early 20th century.
The mansion, originally completed in 1914 by noted architects Carrère and Hastings, was thoughtfully designed to house Frick’s collection. Recent renovations have carefully preserved the historic character of the building while enhancing its accessibility and ensuring its long-term preservation. We’ll enjoy a self-guided tour of this iconic museum, now refreshed yet faithful to its elegant roots. A boxed lunch will be provided en route to New York City.
