See Your Name Under the Stars... FOREVER!

Show your support for the Springfield Science Museum by claiming a seat in our historic Seymour Planetarium. Beautifully renovated and featuring a new state-of-the-art full dome projection system, the Seymour Planetarium lets you travel to the stars without ever leaving Springfield!

For a fully tax-deductible donation of $2,500, you can choose the seat upon which an engraved plaque will be installed, forever designating “your” spot in the amazing Planetarium and formalizing your commitment to the Science Museum.

What a perfect gift for the star in your life – a unique way to celebrate an extraordinary achievement; a milestone birthday or anniversary; or to surprise that hard-to-shop-for loved one. Your “star” will be reminded of your generosity with every visit to the Planetarium. If you wish, we can prepare a certificate for you to present to the lucky recipient, explaining this special gift.

Hurry, seats are limited! Contact the Development Office to reserve today: development@springfieldmuseums.org or 413-314-6458.

About the Plaques

Seat plaques measure 4” x 1” and can accommodate 1-4 lines of text. The Development Office will work with you on the wording and will provide a proof for your approval before the plaque is engraved.

In addition to the plaque, your name (or the name of your “star”) will be projected onto the Planetarium dome during every show.
