Celebrate at the Museums!
Spend your special day in the galleries of our five museums. Come play in the Amazing World of Dr. Seuss Museum and stop by the Cat’s Corner for a craft led by our friendly staff. Explore a variety of special exhibitions. Visit the Art Discovery Center in the George Walter Vincent Smith Art Museum to step into a whole new world and create a piece of art, or maybe visit the Seymour Planetarium to learn more about our night sky.
We are able to accommodate birthday visits during many of our family program days for extra fun!
Groups of ten or more people receive a special group admission rate and if you reserve your tickets at least one week in advance. The birthday child will receive a crown and special gift from the Museums upon arrival. Groups may tour the Museums and interactive areas in any order and enjoy food and drink on Saturdays and Sundays in Tolman Auditorium in the Springfield Science Museum.

Please allow up to 48 hours for your call or email to be returned. Museums members and Springfield residents always receive free admission; additional guests and nonmembers receive the group rate. Ninety minute room fee is $50 for Members and $85 for nonmembers (Saturdays and Sundays only). We look forward to hosting your group!
Please note: candles and balloons are not allowed in the museums or on the grounds.
