Pebble mosaics use pebbles of different shapes, sizes and colors to make images of things on a board. Mortar is used to create the mosaics, and the background can be painted. The pebble mosaics have a good three-dimensional sense to them. All materials, including pebbles, are provided, but students are encouraged to bring in pebbles or other materials to use in their mosaic.
Students should bring a printed image to work from.
