Learn how to see color and mix it with accuracy and confidence. Become acquainted with a variety of oil painting materials as you explore basic color theory and the effects of light. Working from direct observation, examine different approaches to painting and learn to develop a personal response to subject matter while gaining confidence in paint handling with the brush and palette knife. This class provides a solid foundation for beginners and an excellent refresher for those looking to sharpen their skills. Supply list provided.
