Based on a project in her book Animals and Figures in Clay, Susan Halls will show you how simple pottery techniques can be adapted to make a striking sculpture of a rabbit or hare. Pieces will be constructed hollow (no need for a fussy armature) while electric heat guns speed up the creation process. Class demonstration will show various ways you can color your piece after it’s been fired.
