Following the Museums a la Carte lecture with author the Berkshire Hills Music Academy Performance Troupe, join docent Kate Belhumeur in the 19th Century American Gallery for a discussion of William Michael Harnett’s painting Emblems of Peace. Harnett, an amateur flutist, depicts a flute and sheet music (Papageno’s Song) from Mozart’s The Magic Flute in “Emblems of Peace.”
