Checking out recipes for holiday cookies and other baked treats we’re sure to come across multiple names for similar things. Cookies may be called biscuits, but so are the baking powder biscuits, which are different. Home-made muffins are not like the English muffins we buy in the store. This class explores the history of baking and explains how baked goods got their names.
