Many Massachusetts baked goods take their names from the towns where they were created, or the people who created them. Boston Cream Pie is maybe the best known, but there are a least ten more dishes named for someone or some place in the Commonwealth. This class will dig into the history of these specialties.  There will be samples to taste and recipes to take home!
