Mardi Gras and Valentine’s Day kick off a series of midwinter holidays, followed by several others that lead into the spring festivities. Each winter holiday has its own history, traditions, and dishes that will be the focus of this class. We will have some of the special dishes to taste and recipes to take home. Claire Hopley is author of several books on culinary history.
