Earth Day Festival 2022

Our annual celebration of clean air, land, and water featuring eco-friendly demonstrations, special exhibits, and a performance Bluegrass band Boys of the Landfill on the Quadrangle Green. Free and open to the public!

In honor of the 200th birthday of Frederick Law Olmsted, a pioneering landscape architect whose work includes Springfield’s very own Forest Park, learn how his parks were designed to offer multiple health benefits and continue to provide important ecosystems services to the community.
