Adding pansies or nasturtiums to a salad will transform it to a lovely, exotic dish. There are many other flowers that we can and do eat, ranging from ordinary garden blooms to the exotic, such as blue pea flowers and orange blossoms. Learn the history and uses of the many flowers that we can eat—and drink. Bring your favorite tea cup to enjoy a cup of floral tea. Recipes will be provided, along with tasty dishes for sampling.
