Explore the basic principles of traditional drawing techniques. Working primarily from casts and classical life-size statues in the George Walter Vincent Smith Museum, learn how to compose and develop technical skills to represent the subject accurately. Students will understand and successfully implement formal elements of art such as light, form, and value into a two-dimensional format. All levels welcome.
