Herbs in New England Cooking

Explore the traditional herbs of our region, their uses and the aroma and depth they add to fine spring and summer meals. The class covers cooking with herbs, combining them in mixtures for easy use and sampling some herb-flavored dishes from Claire’s cookbooks, New England Cooking Seasons and Celebrations and Valley Vegetables. Signed copies of both will be available for purchase.
