Enjoy a guided visit of the Whitney Museum of American Art in its stunning new location. Designed by architect Renzo Piano the new building is situated between the High Line and the Hudson River. Founded in 1930, the Whitney Museum of American Art focuses exclusively on the art and artists of this country. In the afternoon, stroll, relax and dine on the elevated walkway of the High Line, located a few steps from the Whitney. The former elevated railway has been transformed into a 22-block park and walkway through the Chelsea neighborhood. Lunch is on our own at the museum or in the High Line neighborhood.
Includes admission, bus transportation and gratuities.
