Learn techniques to render life-like animals in watercolors from wild-life artist Steve Hamlin. Starting from a provided preliminary drawing, explore painting backgrounds, fur and wet and/or reflective surfaces like eyes, tongues and noses. We’ll discuss the form, movement, behavior, and typical habitat of our subject, and the way it is affected by light and shadow. Some experience with watercolors is recommended. Bring a lunch. Supply list provided.
