Learn techniques to render life-like animals in watercolors from wildlife artist Steve Hamlin. Starting from a provided preliminary drawing, explore painting backgrounds, fur, wet and/or reflective surfaces like eyes, tongues, and noses. We’ll discuss the form, movement, and typical habitat of our subject, and the way it is affected by light. Most materials will be available for loan or purchase. Supply list provided.
