Water provides the artist with an endless variety of interpretations given its reflective qualities, as well as its restlessness. This workshop will focus on the many moods and facets of painting water and techniques, from rendering a simple reflective puddle to a swift moving mountain stream and everything in between. Beginning with a demonstration, students will explore each step of the technique and end the session with a critique and class discussion. Reference photos will be provided and students are encouraged to bring their own. Supply list provided.
