Photography: The Beautiful Cyanotypes

Travel back to 1842 when John Herschel invented the cyanotype (a photographic blueprint) and follow in the footsteps of Anna Atkins, who in 1843, produced an illustrated book of botanicals using cyanotypes. Learn about the history of the process, look at historical and contemporary examples, and try your hand at making your own cyanotypes! Supply list provided.
