Explore various clay techniques including pinching, coiling, slab, and sculpture! Both functional and sculptural pieces will be created. Each piece will be fired and then a glaze will be applied, the piece will be fired again to complete the process. Each project will be started with step-by-step instructions and students will have the opportunity to be creative.
Students will have finished work to take home once the pieces have been fired at the final class, which will be a critique hour.
