Observe the idea of beauty in the ancient world (Polykleitos, the Canon, the Greek orders), the female figure in the Renaissance and Baroque, and the challenges to beauty in the modern era in three dynamic lectures. Exciting images, lively discussions and handouts will further enhance the experience.
