In this workshop class, create one or several small paintings using water based “resist” to control the flow of paint across the surface of silk. Topics include stretching silk for painting, transferring designs to fabric, color layering, and ideas for matting and framing silk paintings. A tube of clear resist and one yard of silk fabric are included in your class fee. All levels are welcome.
