Kirsten will discuss the Symphony’s upcoming concert on February 2, 2019. The first half of this concert features American women composers. A brief overview of these pieces as well as some insight into women composers throughout history will be given. She will also bring along a local woman composer to discuss her work, and even engage the audience in some creative activities that explore musical composition.
