Art theft is a multi-billion dollar per year illicit industry, but very few people understand who steals masterpieces and why. This lecture will tell the true story behind the most important art heists in history—all of which have Rembrandt at the center. Antony Amore will explain why, and talk about what becomes of stolen masterpieces.
