Cat’s Corner, 10 am-4 pm
Our Dr. Seuss-themed drop-in space on the Lower Level of the Amazing World of Dr. Seuss Museum. Stop in to read some of Ted Geisel’s original stories along with lots of other picture books, plus take part in facilitated art and literacy activities.
Art Discovery Center, noon-4 pm
Trace Chinese characters, try on costumes, play gallery games, peek under lift-up panels on the Wall of Symbols to discover the meaning behind Asian motifs, put on a puppet show, and make an art project. Today’s project: Create a Van Gogh-inspired scene.
