The Why and How of Rain Gardens

Rain or shine!

Join representatives from Regenerative Design Group Cooperative on the Museum Grounds for a free workshop detailing the why and how of rain gardens. Learn about plant design, maintenance, function of the flora, and discussion of rain gardens as pollinator gardens. Includes a brief lecture and question period, followed by hands-on work in the garden.

Funded by the US Fish and Wildlife Service in partnership with the Springfield Museums.

Note: Workshop will be filmed for Museum staff and volunteer training purposes.
