What do the insides of your favorite fish look like? Match each xray to a corresponding photograph to learn about shells, fish, and even seaweed. (Live Animal Center, Lower Level, Springfield Science Museum)

Everyone loves the resourceful and generous Rainbow Fish! Stop in to snap a selfie with our underwater friend. (Roaming, Springfield Science Museum)
Santa on Vacation, 11 am-3 pm
Santa loves visitors when he is on vacation! Stop by to say hello and receive a free book. Santa’s tropical backdrop makes a great photo opp, too! (Mammal Hall, First Floor, Springfield Science Museum)
Make a Gyotaku Fish Print, 11 am-3 pm
Japanese fishermen made prints to keep track of the number and types of fish they caught during the day. We’ll use a rubber fish instead of a real one to make a beautiful print you can take home. (Art Discovery Center, Second Floor, GWV Smith Art Museum)
Whale Station, 11 am-3 pm
Examine real whale specimens—from vertebrae to baleen—at this hands-on station. (Mammal Hall, First Floor, Springfield Science Museum)
