Ventfort Hall is one of seventy-five Berkshire Cottages built in Lenox and Stockbridge during the Gilded Age. Currently the home of The Museum of the Gilded Age, we’ll tour the elegant interior of this Jacobean Revival-style mansion and enjoy a lunch in the dining room. Next, tour the William Cullen Bryant Homestead in nearby Cummington. This is the boyhood home and later summer residence of William Cullen Bryant (1794–1878), one of America’s foremost poets and newspaper editors.
