Victorian Holidays at the Lockwood-Mathews Mansion Museum

The Lockwood-Mathews Mansion Museum located in Norwalk, CT, is a breathtaking Civil War era mansion and a treasured heritage destination. Enjoy a guided tour of the period rooms in a display of decorated trees showcasing the development of the holiday traditions during the Victorian era in America. View its evolution from the 1850s to the 1930s, from small tabletop trees with edibles and handmade ornaments, to lavishly embellished trees that almost reached the ceiling. Also on display, a glittering and festive, Designer Show House of Holiday Trees and Decorations. Lunch is included at a nearby restaurant.

Includes guided tour, lunch; bus travel; and driver tip.
