Great Houses of McKnight
with Jim Boone, Springfield Preservation Trust
Learn the history for the McKnight Neighborhood and see some of the great houses that lead to Springfield be called The City Of Homes. We will wander down Dartmouth Terrace, Worthington St, Ingersoll Grove and parts of Florida and Bowdoin St. These areas  developed in the 1880’s feature some the biggest, most grand houses built in McKnight.  Tour begins at Thompson Triangle, intersection of Worthington and Saint James Ave.
