Imagine sitting on a beach chair looking at the ocean water, enjoying the serenity of the waves crashing on the sand at your feet. Now picture you possessing the skills to create that same scene on paper in watercolors. Using a step-by-step method of creating crashing waves and atmospheric perspective to achieve realism and depth in your watercolor paintings. The use of masking fluid to achieve your whitest whites and the color combinations to make convincing seascapes as well as beautiful skies. Each class will start with demonstrations for that day’s lesson with plenty of time to perform them yourselves while they are still fresh in your mind. Supply list provided.
