The Springfield Museums at the Quadrangle will present the following Museums à la Carte programs in April. The programs are held on Thursdays at 12:15 pm in the Michele and Donald D’Amour Museum of Fine Arts.
April 1 – Following in Frost’s Footsteps: One Writer’s Journey; Karen Osborn, author and visiting professor, English Department, Mount Holyoke College.
April 8 – What Happens when People Drink Tea in Novels and Plays?; Claire Hopley, Ph.D., author.
April 15 – Wilbraham & Monson Academy Global School Concert; Upper School honors choir, Mosaic Harmony; Carol R. Daggs, choral director.
April 22 – No program
April 29 – Horse Power to Fuel: Springfield’s Highways and Airways; Frances Gagnon, Springfield historian.
Admission to Museums à la Carte is $4 ($2 for members of the Springfield Museums). The programs are sponsored by Big Y World Class Market. Visitors are invited to bring lunch to enjoy during the program; cookies and coffee are provided.
