Following the Museums a la Carte lecture by author and historian R. Pierce Reid on Rolls-Royce automobiles in the Edwardian era, join docent Jerre Hoffman for a discussion of automobile production in Springfield during the 1920s. M. Allen Swift’s 1928 Rolls-Royce Phantom I and a Rolls-Royce Silver Ghost, previously owned by S. Prestley Blake, co-founder of Friendly Ice Cream, will be highlighted.
