The Springfield Museums' Weekend Family Fun series will continue on Sunday, November 9, with "Celebrate China." Activities will take place from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. and are free with museum admission unless noted.
The program is presented as part of The City Thinks 2008: Considering China, in collaboration with the Springfield Public Forum. Weekend Family Fun programs are sponsored by TD Banknorth.
Join the Tanglewood Marionettes for a performance of The Dragon King, 1-2 p.m.

Go on a scavenger hunt and discover treasurers of the Far East in the George Walter Vincent Smith Art Museum, 11 a.m.-4 p.m.
Learn about the tradition and technique of Chinese calligraphy, 11:30 a.m-3:30 p.m.
Journey through Asia with a visit to the Art Discovery Center to make a panda, noon-3:45 p.m.
