Kick off the holiday season at the Springfield Museums on Friday, November 24, 10am-5pm with Holiday Happenings 2023 – a whole day of fun activities for the entire family. Free with museum admission!

Highlights

Fish & Wildlife, 11 am-3 pm. Visit our friends from Silvio O. Conte National Fish & Wildlife Refuge to learn about our world! Lower African Hall, Springfield Science Museum

Meet the Grinch, 11:30 am-3:30pm. Snap a holiday pic with the curmudgeon. SIS Hall, Wood Museum of Springfield History

Three Wise Men Jazz Trio, 1-3 pm. The Three Wise Men are a funky, jazzy, Christmas-y brass trio from Western Massachusetts. Quadrangle Green (Rain location: Habitat Hall, Springfield Science Museum)

Giant Bubbles with Mr. Vinny, 1-4 pm. Chase and pop giant bubbles. Weather permitting. Quadrangle Green

Roaming Railroad, 1-4 pm. All aboard for some festive fun. Line closes at 3:30. Weather permitting. Quadrangle Green
