By submitting the Springfield Museums Stories form and attached content, I confirm that I am over the age of 18 and that the work submitted here is my own and does not infringe the rights of any third party, including copyright (such as “artists rights” or “music rights”), trademark, or the right of privacy or publicity. If it is the work includes an image, voice, or identifiable feature of someone else, I affirm that I have received their permission to submit it here. Upon request, I will provide a copy of such permission to The Springfield Museums (the “Museums”). I further affirm that my submission is original, created by me, and has not previously published. The Museums may use my full name, age, location, written text, social media handles, and uploaded media files (collectively, my “Submission”) to promote and publicize the Museums, its programs and initiatives in any medium. However, I retain all other rights to my Submission. The Springfield Museums may use, modify, remove, or refrain from using my Submission at any time. I understand that my Submission must include a valid email address which may be used by the Museums to validate my Submission, or to otherwise make inquiries about my Submission, but that my email address will not be published. By entering my Submission, I agree to receive email and communications from the Museums, and I may opt out of receiving such emails.
Content Use Authorization for Images or Videos Featuring Minors
If there is an image, voice, or identifiable feature of any person under the age of 18 in my Submission, I attest that I have received permission from their parent or legal guardian to include it in my Submission. Upon request, I will provide a copy of such permission to the Museums.
