The Springfield Museums at the Quadrangle will present the following Museums à la Carte programs in October. The programs are held on Thursdays at 12:15 pm in the Michele and Donald D’Amour Museum of Fine Arts.

Oct. 7 – Dr. Seuss: The Man behind the Books; Steven M. Wittenberg, M.D.
Oct. 14 – A Whirlwind through the Heart of Italy; Amy S. Dane, docent, Springfield Art Museums
Oct. 21 – The Epic of Gilgamesh; Christina Gibbons, Ph.D., writer
Oct. 28 – Haunted History of New England; Christopher Daley, history teacher, Silver Lake Regional Schools

Admission to Museums à la Carte is $4 ($2 for members of the Springfield Museums). The programs are sponsored by Big Y World Class Market. Visitors are invited to bring lunch to enjoy during the program. Cookies and coffee are provided.
