It’s Easy Being Green at the Springfield Museums

The Springfield Museums’ Culture & Cocktails series will continue on Thursday, April 7, with “Think Green.” The event will take place from 5:30 to 8:30 pm in the Springfield Science Museum at the Quadrangle.


Admission is $5 and will include live bluegrass music by The Boys of the Landfill, catered hors d’oeuvres and a cash bar. A green apple martini is the featured cocktail.

There will also be displays by the Hampden County Beekeepers Association, Keep Springfield Beautiful, Green Monster eCycling, and Cato Corner Farm which makes Farmstead Cheese.

The $5 fee also includes admission to the special exhibit Reptiles: The Beautiful and the Deadly, a display of 20 live exotic reptiles from around the world.

Free, secure onsite parking is available.
