The Springfield Museums will present the following Museums à la Carte programs in June. The programs are held on Thursdays at 12:15 pm in the Michele and Donald D’Amour Museum of Fine Arts.
- June 7 – Louis Comfort Tiffany as Interior Designer and Architect; Jeanne Pelletier, preservation advisor, Campaign for the Ayer Mansion
- June 14 – Opalescent Images: The Stained Glass of Tiffany and La Farge; Julie L. Sloan, stained glass consultant.
- June 21 – Stained Glass Origins and Development; Virginia C. Raguin, professor, College of the Holy Cross
- June 28 – New Mexico: Land of Enchantment; Jack Megas, Southwest traveler and tour guide.
There will be no Museums à la Carte programs in July or August. The series will resume on September 6.
Admission to Museums à la Carte is $4 ($2 for members of the Springfield Museums). The programs are sponsored by Big Y World Class Market. Visitors are invited to bring lunch to enjoy during the program. Cookies and coffee are provided.
