The Springfield Museums is happy to present holiday, family fun in the galleries during Grinchmas Saturdays, December 3 and December 10 from 10am–5pm. In addition to exploring the Grinch’s Grotto and the gingerbread exhibition Flour to Fables, visitors can meet St. Nick and enjoy hands-on activities. Free with museum admission.
“Grinchmas Saturdays offer families, and people of all ages, the opportunity to meet Santa before he heads back to the North Pole, as well as engaging them in activities that will fill their hearts with Christmas joy,” said Clarissa Leverich, Family Engagement Coordinator for the Springfield Museums.

Live Animal Encounter, 11:30 am-2:30 pm
Meet one of our Museum educators and learn about the animals that call the Science Museum home.
Fox and Grapes Wreath, 12-4 pm
Create a wreath inspired by one of Aesop’s fables.
