The Springfield Museums and the Armoury-Quadrangle Civic Association (AQCA) will host "Wednesdays in the Park," a series of free jazz concerts by local musicians. The concerts will be held on Wednesdays in August from 6:30-8 p.m. on the Quadrangle green.

The concerts in the "Wednesdays in the Park" series are: August 6 – Jana Byrdd Ensemble August 13 – The Joya Band August 20 – The Jazz Bones "Wednesdays in the Park" is sponsored in part by a grant to the Armoury-Quadrangle Civic Association from the Springfield Cultural Council, a local agency supported by the Massachusetts Cultural Council.
